Kerala is an enchantingly beautiful, emerald green sliver of land, flanked by
the Western Ghats on one side, the Arabian Sea on the other, and strewn with
rivers, lagoons, backwaters and rich vegetation in between. Lush green coconut
groves, sunny beaches and meandering backwaters have made Kerala the most visited
attraction in the country. The fishing villages with boats standing in the harbor,
roaming through the palm fringed backwaters and many other activities provide
superb view on a clear day of Kerala.
Day
1: Arrive Delhi
You will be met on arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at Delhi
Day 2: In Delhi
Morning after breakfast proceed for a full day sightseeing of this city. Overnight
at Delhi
Day 3: Thiruvananthapuram-Kovalam
Morning after breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight to Tiruvanthapuram.
On arrival transfer Kovalam covering a distance of 15 kms / 30 minutes to
experience one of the most beautiful beaches of the world. The beaches here
is ideal for surf riding and the water invites the visitor to ride the "Catamaran"
or log with the fisherman, or to take a cool swim. Overnight at Kovalam
Day 4: In Kovalam
Morning after breakfast relax at the beach resort. After lunch excursion to
Kanya Kumari to visit the stunning Padmanabhapuram Palace and to enjoy the
unique experience of Sunset & Moon rise over the ocean simultaneously.
Overnight at Kovalam.
Day 5: In Kovalam
Morning after breakfast enjoy a half day sightseeing of Trivandrum city. Visit
Shree Padmanabha Swami Temple, Napier Museum, Chitralayam Art Gallery, Zoological
Gardens, Reptile House Observatory and Kanakakannu Palace at Trivandrum. .
Overnight at Kovalam.
Day 5: Kovalam - Quilon
Morning after breakfast drive to Quilon covering a distance of 85 Kms / 2
Hrs. Quilon is famous for one of the oldest ports of the Malabar Coast, the
center of international spice trade and its delicious Cashew and Seafood.
After lunch proceed for a half-day sightseeing of this famous city to some
historic remains and the temples built in ornate style. We also visit the
village to know the life style and culture of locals. Overnight at Quilon.
Day 6: Quilon-Alleppey-Kumarakom
Morning after breakfast board a traditional houseboat to explore the fascinating
beauty of the backwaters. Overnight at Houseboat
Day 7: Arrive Kumarakom
Early morning arrive to the Kumarakom hotel and check-in to the hotel. Day
free to relax at the backwater resort. Overnight at Kumarakom
Day 8: In Kumarakom
Day free to relax at the beach resort. Overnight at Kumarakom
Day 9: In Kumarakom
Day free to relax at the beach resort. Overnight at Kumarakom

10: Kumarakom - Periyar
Morning after breakfast drive to Periyar covering a distance of 112 Kms/ 3
hrs. On arrival check into the hotel. Enjoy a boat ride over the Lake Periyar
to watch animals in their natural habitat on the water's edge. While cruising
on Lake Periyar, you are likely to see animals like Wild Boars, Sambars, Wild
Dogs, Langur Monkeys and Wild Elephants. Overnight at Periyar
Day 11: Periyar / Cochin
Morning after breakfast drive to Cochin covering a distance of 200 Kms / 4
Hrs. On arrival check-into the hotel.
After lunch proceed for a half day sightseeing of this beautiful harbour city.
Evening enjoy Kathakali dance. Overnight at Cochin.
Day 12: Cochin / Departure transfer
Morning after breakfast day free to relax. Evening transfer to the airport
to board flight for onward journey
